Counter-Notification

If you believe the material removed due to a DMCA notice was wrongly taken down, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include the following information:

  1. Description of Removed Material
    Identify the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  2. Statement of Good Faith
    A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Consent to Jurisdiction
    A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
  4. Signature
    A physical or electronic signature of the person submitting the counter-notification.

Repeat Infringers

KayiPlay reserves the right to terminate users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights, at our sole discretion.
